How long does shipping take for custom embroidered uniforms?
Customized items, including shirts with specific association patches or embroidery, typically require an additional 3-5 business days for processing before they are shipped via your selected carrier.
What is your return policy for officiating gear?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized items and hemmed trousers are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I determine the correct size for my protective equipment?
We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page. For chest protectors and shin guards, we recommend measuring from the base of the neck to the waist, and from the center of the knee to the ankle, respectively.
Do you offer bulk discounts for sports associations?
Yes, Honig's offers special pricing for large volume orders and official sports associations. Please contact our sales team directly to set up an institutional account.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your Honig's account profile.
